Helping raise money for flood victims in Australia<\/h3>

Last month Australia was hit hard with flash flooding. Areas around New South Wales such as Lismore, Ballina, Mullumbimby and Tweed where caught up in catastrophic flooding. Thousands of people had to abandon their homes and lives as a result, leaving with nothing but what they could fit in a bag and the clothes on their backs.<\/p>

Rather than sit around and do nothing, the guys over at Infoamed set up a fundraiser to help the local bodyboard community. In a series of four separate raffles, they look to raise $10,000 AUD to be passed on to Headlanders Bodyboard Club based in Ballina to distribute amongst the community.<\/p>

The bodyboard community have pulled together with support for the fundraiser coming in thick and fast. Prizes have been received from the likes of NMD, Science, Hardy Shapes, Inverted, Emerald and D5 Bodyboard shops, Unite and Inspired Clothing. Severn Brand is helping them out too, and will be sending a bundle worth over $250 AUD to the lucky winner of the fourth raffle.<\/p>

We are always stoked to be able to help other bodyboarders out, even if they are the other side of the globe.<\/p>
